Guests hold an unconditional statutory right to withdraw from their booking within 14 calendar days from reservation confirmation. During this 14-day window, 100% of the advance deposit is fully refunded without penalty, fees, or deductions within 14 days.
Once the 14-day statutory withdrawal period has elapsed, the advance deposit is non-refundable and is retained in full by Santa Marina Apartments as a reservation guarantee fee / cancellation clause. Cancellations with deposit refunds are strictly permitted only within the statutory 14-day period.
For bookings during the designated peak season and specifically stays scheduled after 19/06/2026, calendar blocks are allocated on an exclusive private sanctuary basis. In accordance with Greek and EU hospitality frameworks, the 14-day statutory withdrawal rule is strictly observed, with no deposit refunds granted after day 14 under any circumstance.
